Mommy's Flowering Business

Who knew...I have a secret passion and wish to be a sewer. I want to be that mom that is a whiz at costumes, tutu's and the occasional quilt. For now I have to settle with my newest craft - flower headbands. It involves sewing, by hand (very sloppily). It involves visiting the sewing section of JoAnn's. I have even hunted on line for elastic lace...I guess it may qualify me as a sewer, but until I get my hands on a Singer I won't truly be a sewer. I may just get crazy and attempt a costume consisting of tutu's and flowers...we'll see. Here is a sneak peak at my latest creation....
