Allison's Christmas Show @ Preschool

See my shining reindeer?  Ally is so different then her sister.  She is not as outgoing and doesn't stop the show but she was excited to sing and happy to be part of the group...

Here is the whole group....this is two classes put together.  Her best bud Brayden is on the bottom row all the way to the left, he is an elf.

Here is Ally again, and her teacher Miss Laurie, she is one of two...the other is Miss Barbara...

After the show Ally is all smiles!

The kids sang so loud and proud Santa heard them and came for a visit...here are Ally and Brayden...

And just Ally....

This one is a little out of order but here are their faces when Santa showed up...see Ally's excitement!

Ben came in a second car with Natalie....As you can see daddy gets them there on time but a hair do and an outfit would have been nice too...

Christmas Tea Party - Requested by Natalie - Party Planner Extrodinarre

The spread....ham and cheese roll ups, peanut butter and jelly finger sandwiches, chicken salad crackers, goldfish, teddy grahams, cupcakes, and cookies from my cookie exchange, the empty plate is for croissant wrapped hot dogs...

Just a shot of her writing in her class on the evening of..

Natalie in the bottom row not looking too sure....hands in her mouth..

Shortly after this first song she tucked her whole head into her Santa Hat and hid for the remainder of the performance.  She left stating this was the worst night ever!!!

PRI in December

First time Ben and I left the kids for 4 nights and attended the PRI show in Orlando! Chris, Seth and Brian came along with Heather and many others we've known for so long!  We had a blast in our condo and had a impromptu pizza party with many awesome EFI guys!  This was the trade show that Stewart Haas Racing found Ben and decided to take his week long ACP class.

Polar Express 201

Amazingly I convinced Ben that this was something NOT to miss!  We were already in Lake Havasu so the drive was only 2 and half hours...there was no snow but chilly.  The train was impressive the girls were ready for for a true Polar Express ride!

Here is the whole family ready to board....

All aboard!

Tickets in hand ready to go...

The cook actually took them as we boarded....

Watch your step.

Ally though we got the best seats....She is already studying the Christmas songs.

Love this picture!

Really Natalie?  You are having that much fun?

Ally is having enough fun for all of us!

Family shot taken by the chef...Ben didn't believe me when I said grown men would be wearing their pajamas....

Our chef!

The tiny bit of snow while heading towards the North Pole.

Smiles now, it is cookie time!

And perfectly warm "hot" cocoa...

...and now the reading of the book, Polar Express.

Here we are!  The North Pole! All the kids were called to our side of the train so the grown ups moved to the other side.

Ally is jumping for joy, here comes Santa Claus.

Ho Ho HO

Taking Ally's hand.

The girls have their silver bells.

And what do you want for Christmas?

Love the innocence.

Yeah, ok Suzanne, maybe it was a good idea to bring the girls here....

Bye, bye North Pole....

In the village, now that it was dark out...Mrs. Claus was in the village taking mail for Santa.

And a coloring station for Santa and his elves....writing letters and getting excited for Christmas....

Close it up!

We rode the train the week of Thanksgiving...early in the season but a great way to kick off the preparations of Christmas.  The girls were perfect ages...3 and 6.  It was a magical night and so glad we went!
